HMJ200/4T- 14T,HMJ190/4T- 14T,HMJ180/4T-14T Facial tissue making  machine is to slit the raw paper with slitting roller ,and then fold it into gemel rectangle. Equipment with the vacuum suction device and automatic counting and dividing device , the machine has the advantages of high speed, accrate couting , and low wastage.(can be equipped with embossing and edge-embossing device.)

Main Feature:

  1、Unwind stand:2-3 layers,pneumatic jumbo roll loading, jumbo roll is pneumatic unwinding by wide belt,with paper tension adjusting unit and lateral adjusting unit for each jumbo roll.

  2、The machine will stop automatic when the paper broken,it avoid waste caused by no paper or paper broken.

  3、It could fold different width products at the same time with flexible longitudinal cutter ,so it can adjust the slitting width arbitrary within 100-210mm.

  4、Embossing and Edge-embossing units are optional.
