The jumbo rolls are embossed in the single embossing or double embossing unit. and rewinded into the double ply flat paper. and then cut into finished products of flat facial tissue in the band-saw cutting machine. The speed of folder can be variable adjustment. which can change the winding ratio of winding cage. Also the machine is equipped witha clutch. and electrical automatic coun ting device.The point to point embossing unit can make the paper much softer and bulky , the same size package with less paper.
